Here’s What You Can Expect from Our Hiring Process

💼 Step 1: Submit Your Application

If you have experience working with the IDD community and are passionate about making a meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you. 📞 Step 2: Let’s Chat!

If your application stands out, you’ll be contacted by one of our friendly hiring supervisors for an initial phone screen. If selected to move forward, you’ll then be invited to participate in two in-person interviews to get to know our team and allow us to learn more about your experience, values, and fit for the role.

Come prepared to talk about your background, your passion for supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and what excites you about joining our mission. Most importantly, just be yourself. We’re looking for real people who care, connect, and want to grow.

🎉 Step 3: Offer & Onboarding

If selected, you’ll receive a verbal offer of employment. Once you accept, we’ll guide you through the onboarding process, including:

  • Background Check (DOJ/FBI)
  • Job-related Health Screening (Physical & TB Test)
  • DMV Record Review (if driving is required)
  • First Aid/CPR Certification

Please note: This process typically takes at least one week, but may vary depending on scheduling and results. Once cleared, we’ll schedule your official start date, and you’ll be ready to make a difference!
